Today, I’m cooking one of my favorite simple comfort dishes Roselle leaves with onion, green chilli, and dry fish. It’s a recipe that always reminds me of home, especially on warm summer days.
I start by adding about 2 cups of water to a pot, then drop in green chillies, onion, and dry fish. Once it starts to boil, I let it cook for around 10 minutes so the flavors blend beautifully. Then I add the Roselle leaves and a salt to taste, and let it simmer for another 5 minutes.
The result is a light, tangy, and refreshing dish perfect to enjoy with rice on a sunny day.
